About Us
Charter Group Objectives The objectives of the Charter Group were agreed at the inaugural meeting and set out in its Constitution.

They are:
Charter Group To campaign for the ratification of the Lisbon Treaty in order to secure the adoption of the Charter of Fundamental Rights in European Union primary law, and as part of the continuing process of building a Social Europe.
Charter Group The Group shall also campaign for the full implementation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights in Irish domestic law.
Charter Group The Group will promote the benefits for Ireland of European Union membership, and also the Union's success as a 20th century peace project in bringing peace and democracy throughout the continent of Europe.

Membership is open to all EU Citizens and Residents who share the Aims of the Charter Group. Donations and Membership fees can be paid online or by cheque to the Secretary Blair Horan at 11 Marley Avenue Rathfarnham Dublin 16 or Direct to our Bank account.
