Donations over €6,348.69 from any one person, or organisation in any one calendar year cannot be accepted. The website will reject payments over this amount.
Donations can only be accepted from citizens of Ireland, or residents of the Island of Ireland or organisations that have an office on the island of Ireland.
The Charter Group has a policy of not accepting anonymous donations however small. Valid name and address must be supplied in order for a donation to be accepted.
All donors represent that the information provided is true, accurate and complete.
The Charter Group reserves the right to reject or return donations without providing a reason.
It is accepted by the donor that donations will be used for purposes of fulfilling the objectives of The Charter Group.
